Job Description
Our client is a well-regarded corporate bank. They are currently looking for Head of Transaction Services, Operations Department.
Job Description:
- Directly report to Head of Operations
- Oversee daily operations of teams in Transaction Banking Unit: deposit operations, remittance and import & export bills
- Maintain the agreed service levels, overall efficiency and accuracy in transaction operations
- Ensure compliance to internal and external policies and procedures
- Address any operational issues and outstanding transactions/ reconciliation breaks
- Build good relationships with business partners
- Participate in system enhancement, UAT, BCP drills, management reporting and any ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements:
- Degree or above is preferred
- 10+ years' experience in payment/ transaction services in banking, preferably 5+ years at supervisory level in corporate banks
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements on relevant areas and internal operational policies and procedures
- Good PC skills (including Chinese word processing) and communication skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
