RM – Senior RM to Team Head (China Corp, SOE/PEO, SME, Private Banking)

Several Top-tier Banks are expanding their business and looking for frontline positions in Large Corp / MME / SME / Trade Finance / Private Banking.

Job Descriptions:

• As a hunter & farmer role in business development.
• To achieve various individual business targets and contribute to the team performance.
• To prepare credit proposals, perform comprehensive review and evaluate the financial condition of clients to make credit recommendations for Management approval.
• To identify and minimize credit risk within the portfolio by regular credit review.
• To assist in cross-selling a full range of banking products to potential and existing customers.
• Team Head for Private Banking is starting with AUM 100M USD.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Management, Banking and Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in relationship management, preferably in financial institutions.
• Professional licensing qualifications per local regulatory bodies requirement. Strong communications, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is essential. Resume attached with an Chinese version is an advantage.
