Job Description
Job descriptions:
˙ Provide quality and professional customer service to clients
˙ Process new account opening including KYC, AML, CFT, CDD etc
˙ Handle customer inquiries and to maintain customer records and files
˙ Coordinate with internal departments to meet customers’ needs and expectations
˙ Provide timely administrative support to management
˙ Undertake ad hoc office duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
˙ Passed HKSI LE paper 1,7,8,9 or Licensed with SFC Type 1, 2 is preferred
˙ Degree holder or equivalent in finance, accounting or relevant discipline
˙ Minimum 2 years customer service experience
˙ Good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
˙ Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
˙ Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
