Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assess potential deals, originate and execute new business transactions and maintain client relationships
- Assist in project execution and origination, including pitch-book and proposal preparation;
- Good network with professional investors
- Coordinate the work of other professional parties involved in IPOs and other corporate finance transactions
- Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or relevant discipline
- Holder of professional qualification in CPA/CFA or equivalent is an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in ECM or related areas
- Work experience in DCM is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure with good team work
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
