Job Description

1. Analyse large financial data sets to identify trading opportunities;
2. Assist in the development of quantitative alpha model design for equity markets around the globe (including China A- Share market);
3. Assist in the development and implement AI and machine learning research models;
4. Working with the trading team to develop new trading strategies and monitor existing trading activities to ensure model efficacy.  

 Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Financial Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning(Bachelor’s degree holder from leading universities may be considered);
2. Experiencein dealing with large datasets and machine learning concepts;
3. Ability to articulate complex ideas both written and verbally;
4. Strong interest in the industry, basic understanding of investment markets;
5. Experience in Kaggle model building and machine learning is preferred
6. Team player, detail and clear-minded, good learner, self-initiative, independent critical thinking skills, reliable with good communication skills;
7. Graduate in year 2020/2021.  3 months or above on-the-job training by our senior researcher will be provided. (minimum 3 working days per week).
