Job Description
- Primarily responsible for regulatory compliance with SFC, Cayman
- Oversees dealing team and execution
- Works with external counsels, directors, consultants on the general administration of the fund
- Liaise with and oversees daily and monthly duties including calculation of NAV with external fund administrator
- Assists in preparation of monthly newsletter
- Assists in marketing activities
- Performs KYC and meets clients to assist in subscriptions / redemptions
- Assists CIO and the board in carrying out general management duties
- Any other ad hoc responsibilities
