Our Client, an international bank, is now looking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Bancassurance / Insurance Specialist in their retail banking sector.

 Principal responsibilities:

• To analyze customers’ financial situation and identify their needs in financial services; and recommends life insurance products to best suit their needs
• Maintain high level of compliance guidelines and procedures
• To maximize business opportunities to achieve individual and team sales target

Requirements:

• University degree in a related discipline and preferably
• Passed in the IIQE (HKSI are preferred)
• 2 years' insurance sales experience (IFA are also welcome)
  
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  
• Less experience candidates will be consider as insurance sales executive
