The Job:

• Coordinating with internal stakeholders such as business units and back office departments.
• Performing daily trade support and communicating with settlement team or external brokers and custodians.
• Dealing with account opening and maintenance.
• Conducting daily reports and providing general business support to business units.
• Preparing regular reports to related stakeholders for regulatory reporting and management reporting.
• Assisting in policies implementation, reviewing and monitoring compliance adherence procedures and internal controls.
• Reviewing and maintaining operational procedures and working instructions.
• Handling ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.

• University or above is required, in Finance or Economics is preferred.
• 3 years or above experience in financial industry with solid knowledge of equity and OTC products and experience in operation and settlement.
• Experience in position management, including corporate actions management and P&L reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skill.
• Responsible, self-motivated, good team player, independent and attention to detail.
• Good time management skill, ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin.
• Candidates with more relevant experience can be considered as Senior Officer
