District Branch Operation Manager

(salary 55k-60k with attractive yearend bonus)

Review new & existing operation policies & make recommendation for improvement if required　

Re-engine / streamline existing operational procedures for the purpose of operational effectiveness and efficiency　

Oversee branches’ operations & performance (over 8 branches and 80 operations staff under District) and ensure implementation of proper operation procedures & proper risk control for all branches　

Provide coaching & training to staff whenever necessary to ensure their understanding and familiarization of the policies & procedures with update of product knowledge　

Conduct periodical checking on branch’s operations control to ensure robust & compliant operations uphold via thematic review, branch health check & organize pre-group audit/ inspection preparation　

Evaluate and monitor branch’s performance via implementation of e-quiz, performance improvement plan, operations reinforcement, staff coaching, regular meeting　

Conduct training on operational control & risk management for branch staff (i.e. Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, Officer & Sales Staff)　

Participate in Project / New Product Rollout / System Enhancement / Modification activities　

Drive for functions centralization & process improvement to improve branch sales capacity and enhance operational efficiency　

Ensure end-to-end process flows including branch process flows are effective and deliverable　

Adequate controls are in place to mitigate the potential risks and ensure full regulatory compliance is fulfilled　

Oversee and control all branch resources planning and P&L
