Now is looking for an analytical candidate for a 12 months renewal contract.

Responsibilities:

- Handle, operate, and follow on post-trade process to ensure smooth front to back.

- Prepare Termsheets / Trade Recap of Equity Derivatives Flow and Financing products

- Manage internal sales blotters, trade records, as well as prepare management reporting

- Provide timely support for both external and internal queries and solve post-trade related issues

- Work closely with various internal parties i.e. Sales, Trading, Business Managers, RMs, Operation, IT, Risk, Client Services, Compliance, Legal etc.

- Assist on ad-hoc requests and handle queries in a timely manner, work as partnership while consistently keeping an independent mindset.

- Product Scopes: mainly and not limited to Listed and OTC Vanilla Options, Forwards, Variance/Volatility Swaps, CFDs, Equity Swaps, Dividend Swaps, P-notes, and other light exotic products.

- Continuous improving of work flow and product developments

Requirements:

- 1 year of relevant experience

- Hands-on knowledge of Capital Markets, Banking or in one of these fields: Finance, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Controls, Audit

- Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese

- Proven experience in Global Markets

- Good Project Management skills, hands-on, rigorous, meticulous and methodical

- Good IT knowledge especially in excel, VBA, SQL, data analysis/query

- Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also a strong team player

- Ability to work under pressure
