Responsibilities:

• To develop, deliver and implement financial models and financial modelling tools for various type of projects being developed
• To be responsible for providing good quality, timely financial modelling advice to parties in a way that non specialists can readily understand
• To ensure that data to be used in the models is of sufficient quality by establishing procedures for collecting and manipulating information and building in appropriate checks and controls.
• To be able to lead / participate in M&A projects
• To be able to lead / participate in arranging project financing
• To work collaboratively across multi-functional teams within the group

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance and Accounting or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years working experience especially in building financial models for projects and M&A experience
• An in-depth understanding of financial modelling with experience of designing, building and populating financial models
• Extensive experience in using financial modelling tools
• Ability to analysis complex information including numerical analysis, present key conclusions and withstand challenge from internal and external parties
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and VBA
• Attention to details with strong problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good command in oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
