Responsibilities: 

• Assist in project execution with responsibility to deal with external parties and manage overall project progress.
• Be responsible for site working planning, monitoring, cost control and co-ordination works.
• Prepare method statement, risk assessment and layout drawings.
• Ensure completion on project schedule and resources, as well as compliance to contract requirement.
• Be responsible for regular site inspection to monitor and check the subcontractors’ work quality.
• Attend meetings and submit progress reports.

 Requirements:

•  Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years related experiences in installation works, preferably with experience in Electrical, ELV and testing and commissioning in related projects. 
• Familiar with AutoCAD application and Microsoft Project. Good command of written English and Chinese.
• With high sense of responsibility, proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills.
