Andrew Lee King Fun & Associates Architects Ltd invites applicants for the following post of resident site staff for Sports Centre (Jockey Club One Health Tower) at City University of Hong Kong: 

Resident Assistant Clerk of Works (RACOW)

Minimum qualifications required :-

(a) Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College/ Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education; or equivalent.

(b)  Minimum of 3 year’s full-time working experience or more post qualification working experience in construction and site safety.

(c)  Meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEEare accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
