A leading private property developer is currently looking for an experienced project manager with large-scale projects experiences. They have a strong project profile in Hong Kong as well as China including residential/ commercial/ hospitality projects.

~ Residential/hospitality/commercial projects.

~ HKIA/HKIS/RICS/MICE/MIStruE is required.

~ Work experiences in Property Developer in preferred!

Main duty:  

• Supervising the management team in handling different projects
• Monitoring the ongoing projects, provision of technical supports
• Liaising with different parties such as clients/architects.consultants on all building construction projects.
• Taking lead the planning, scheduling and programme development of project activities, including design, procurement process, construction, inspection, close-out and handover

Requirement :

• Degree and/or professional qualification in Architectural Studies, Building Survey or relevant discipline
• MIStruE/MICE/HKIS/RICS/HKIA member is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in project management for hospitality/ residential/ commercial projects in both HK/PRC.
• Experienced in planning and statutory submission stages.
• Working experiences in property developer is an advantage.
• Mature, interpersonal and managerial skills
• Proficient in Cantonese/Mandarin/English 
• Immediately available is preferred
