Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in liaising with clients in overall administration and control of all construction works in the project;
• Attend the progress meetings;
• Assist in any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Certificate or above in Building Studies or equivalent;
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in construction field;
• With 2 years’ current experience in maintenance work as the role of site representative;
• Good command in spoken and written in both English and Chinese;
• Well verse in MS office application;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Group Representative;
• Immediate available is preferred.
