Job duties:

• Assist the implementation and monitoring of the Project’s quality management system
• Perform inspections of construction works to confirm compliance with specified requirements
• Responsible for ensuring effective quality control of construction works and materials used/produced for the project
• Experience of working on heavy building, civil, infrastructure, structures or mixed-use development projects

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in construction/ engineering/ material/ testing or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience within the construction industry
• Familiar with technical documents (e.g. drawings, specifications and standards)
• Broad knowledge of construction processes and associated contractual/statutory requirements.
• Able to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels of the project team
• Previous experience as Clerk of Works or Assistant Resident Engineer would be advantageous
• Good written and spoken English
• Good computer skills

Positions available on a number of projects at Airport / Hong Kong Island / Kowloon
