Job Description

A well established electronics trading & distributor is looking for suitable candidate to fill in the following position:

 

Office Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general HR functions including attendance and leave records, personal files, tenancy agreement in confidential manner etc
  • Able to handle general administrative duties eg. order stationery/water, security access card etc.
  • Organizing a systematic filing system
  • Assist in organizing company activities and functions
  • To formulate administrative policy & procedure and employee handbook

Requirements:

  • High diploma or degree preferable with 4-8 years’ relevant experience
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese as well as computer applications, particularly Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese word processing
  • China exposure is value added
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Mature, proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded and with strong communication and interpersonal skills
