Job Description
A well established electronics trading & distributor is looking for suitable candidate to fill in the following position:
Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Provide general HR functions including attendance and leave records, personal files, tenancy agreement in confidential manner etc
- Able to handle general administrative duties eg. order stationery/water, security access card etc.
- Organizing a systematic filing system
- Assist in organizing company activities and functions
- To formulate administrative policy & procedure and employee handbook
Requirements:
- High diploma or degree preferable with 4-8 years’ relevant experience
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese as well as computer applications, particularly Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese word processing
- China exposure is value added
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Mature, proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded and with strong communication and interpersonal skills
