Responsibilities :

• Manage overall IT services for the organization
• Oversee helpdesk teams  to  deliver  IT  services 
• Provide assistance to helpdesk teams where necessary
• Champion and promote Service Improvement on an ongoing basis to continually improve quality and user satisfaction with IT Services
• Oversee development of IT system processes and controls to ensure quality is maintained to meet business objectives
• Liaise with senior business leaders to support operational activities
• Liaise  with  other  Infrastructure  and  Application  teams  to  improve  IT  services  and  increase customer satisfaction
• Manage  and  maintain  good  relationships  with  vendors  that  will  bring  business  value  to  the organization                 
• Act as the main end users interface for all desktop and end users support issues
• Proactively improve the service delivery
• Managing third party vendor relationships
• Less experience will be considered as Senior IT Officer / IT Officer

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Studies or related disciplines
• 6 -  8 years’ relevant working experience 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Detail oriented, service minded, patient and good interpersonal skills
• Trouble shooting skills and fast learning is a MUST
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
