~ A bachelor's Degree or higher qualification with substantial training in the field of Statistics;
~ At least 2 years' post-degree working experience in an executive capacity in research, preferably in the field of educational research;
~ Proven record(s) in conducting quantitative and qualitative research;
~ Good mastery of quantitative and qualitative skills and analysis, such as questionnaire survey, structured interviews and focus group discussions;
~ Level 3 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
~ Proficient in computer applications including Word and Excel; and analysis tools including SPSS and SAS;
~ Experience in preparing research reports;
~ Good interpersonal and communication skills
