Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Monitor and handle building and construction projects
• Assist Senior Management to manage cashflow, progress monitoring, contractual and safety issues, etc.
• Co-ordinate with external consultants and internal Department Heads in solving minor project issues
• Manage subcontractors to complete the project on time with satisfied workmanship

Qualification & Experience

• Degree holder in Building / Civil / Structure / Construction Engineering or related disciplines
• Member of HKIE / MICE / IStructE / CIOB
• Minimum 10 years' experience preferably gained from a main contractor
• Qualified Authorized Signatory (AS) will be an advantage
• Good understand of the Building Department's regulations is a must;
• *Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
