Senior Property Officer

• Diploma in Estate Management or related discipline
• 2-3 years’ experience in property management
• Work in a Landlord’s company with a portfolio focusing on commercial and retail properties

Key Responsibility:

• Supervise and manage a portfolio of group's properties including prime office, retail shops and industrial premises
• Liaise and maintain excellent relationships with management companies government bodies and external contractors
• Attend regular owners meetings and review reports
• Monitor the performance of the management companies such as maintenance work, security, cleaning teams etc.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years' relevant experience in property management
• Proficient in Building Management Ordinance, DMC and/or related ordinances
• Service oriented and self-motivated
• Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Candidate with less experience will be considered as Property Officer.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Property Officer.
