Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of studio administrative and secretarial support to the project team in a professional manner
- Managing daily operation, scheduling appointments, preparing contract, financial reports, fee proposals and invoices and report to director
- Liaise with clients/designers on support project administration
- Maintain and monitor document control process and filing systems
- Identify and explore new business opportunities with the director
- Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns
- Handle and maintain marketing materials and copywriting
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree / Higher Diploma in related field
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with an ability to handle multi-task and meet deadlines
- Self-initiative, energetic and proactive working attitude
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
- Proficient in both Chinese and English writings
- Accounting background, experience in Interior design or other relevant field will be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in secretarial / administration related work
Five-day work per week, medical allowance and performance bonus will be provided to the right candidate.
