Job Duties:

• To assist in preparation and organizing materials for counter and shop openings
• To provide and support production of promotion materials for exhibitions;
• To assist in preparation of project documents, coordination between departments & contractors
• To handle document submission and correspondences with clients, designers & contractors
• To monitor the quality of sub-contractor and prepare on site report
• To liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors to follow site progress and design information.
• To provide clerical support to the daily administration; and
• To perform maintenance job
• To perform any other duties as required.

 Requirements:

• At least 3 years working experience in coordination and exhibitions / events / projects
• Good command in spoken & written in English and Chinese, spoken Mandarin is preferable
• Proficiency in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese input method;
• Good in inter-personal / communication skills, well organized, self-motivated and able to work independently; and
• Knowledge in design software will be advantageous
• Willing to work over-time and work under pressure
• Willing to travel
• Immediate availability is preferred
