Responsibilities:

• Responsible mainly for building work projects from delivering design concept to project completion;
• Assist the feasibility study, schematic design works and detailed design works;
• Team management and ensure the project/design quality scheduling and execution;
• Communicate and coordinate with government, clients, other consultants, contractors and vendors;
• Work with the team for other ad hoc assignments;

  Requirements:

• Master/bachelor’s degree in architecture or and related disciplines;
• 1-3 years of experience in similar positions;
• Well versed on AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP, REVIT and/or SKETCHUP will be an advantage;
• Understand the BIM Technical / IT Knowledge preferred;
• Able to work independently, mature with good problem-solving skills;
• Proficient in English with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Good command in Mandarin.
