Job Description

Requirement:

Degree or Diploma holder in Interior Design or related disciplines
At least 5 years of experience, preferably in Residential/ Show Flat/ Commercial projects
Proficient in Auto CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and 3D Studio Max
Able to handle full set of construction drawings & details
Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Responsible, creative, independent, self-motivated, good team player
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the project team, clients, contractors, and vendors.
Design concept, design drawings, design documentation and presentation works including perspective rendering, construction drawings, materials sourcing, and selections.
Project management services in site survey, site supervision, site meetings, and schedule preparation.
