Key Responsibilities :

1. Create conceptual design and space planning
2. Develop the concept into operational plan for design team
3. Manage full set of presentation and tender documentations
4. Provide leadership and manage interior design work through the project progress
5. Liaise with client from conceptual design to construction drawings

Key Requirements :

1. Degree / tertiary education in interior design or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years in interior design and staff management experience
3. Solid working experience with corporate office, retail and building renovation
4. Extensive knowledge of design detail and construction methodology
5. High level of presentation and liason skill
6. Proficiency in Photoshop, AutoCAD
7. Creative & passion in design is a must
8. Good team player with mature working attribute
9. Organized, self-motivated and resonsible
10. Fluent in English, good in Mandarin will be an advantage
