Responsibilities:

• To liaise and coordinate with all related parties in project for project activities.
• To assist Project Manager with all related parties to monitor work progress and manage workmanship on site to ensure project quality could meet client’s standards
• Ensure site progress as per agreed working program
• Handle site documents and assist to maintain proper documentation at site
• Monitor site conditions in a neat, secured and safety manner
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Studies / Construction Management or equivalent
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience preferably in fitting-out works
• Good communication and site organizational skills
• Self-motivated, initiative and detail minded
• Able to perform multi tasks and work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good command of MS Office, AutoCAD and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Coordinator
