We are seeking a Branding & Strategy Manager to support the project team to create project oriented branding ideas. Linking the project design with the clients’ objectives and matching the marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Generate brilliant creative concepts and ideas.
• Creative and proficient in writing project oriented storyline.
• Refine and develop all aspects of a confirmed design concept into a unique design presentation idea.
• Communicate your solutions clearly.
• Work in partnership with our team to agree on the brand strategy, creative direction, timelines and other project parameters.
• Support in the creation of presentations and marketing content & materials.
• Help to develop ideas and processes to better our design and operation.
• Create and modify company branding ideas and materials.

Requirements:

• You’ll have 8+years of experience in architectural design practices, brand design, retail consultancy or related industries.
• Your work demonstrates strong concept development, design execution and attention to detail across brand identity, print and preferably front-end digital. 
• You have intimate working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• You’re able to demonstrate conceptual thinking and articulate your ideas clearly. 
• You’re self-motivated, well-organized, accountable and thrive in a multi-cultural environment. 
• Your attitude is respectful, collaborative and positive.
• A powerful intellectual curiosity to inspire all that you work with. 
• You enjoy team work and family working atmosphere.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
