About our client:

Our client is a retail group around the Hong Kong and China.  Due to their continuous expansion, they are currently seeking for an Senior Officer (Visual Merchandising) to oversee the visual display direction of all retail shops in Hong Kong and China.

• Based in HQ and directly report to the Chief Operations Officer
• Project owner

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visual display strategies and planning for all retail shops.
• Plan and control budget for visual display expenses
• Manage the product display in stores
• Implement seasonal themes for store display
• Provide visual display training for retail staff
• Handle documentation and proposal write-up

 Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Design or Fine Arts (Painting, Sculpture etc.) or related
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in visual display preferably in branded apparel industry
• Experience and understanding in retail business in China is essential
• Fluent in English and Putonghua
• Good computer knowledge of 3D and graphic process
• High-End design sense
• Good communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
• Proactive, open-mined and self-motivated
• High energy and have a strong work ethic
• Based in Hong Kong with Quarterly business travel within China
