APM / Site Supervisor

Responsibilities: 

•          Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities.
•          Preparing and presenting site inductions and safety briefings etc.
•          Resolving problems and implementing improvements.
•          Helping co-ordinate deliveries of materials, plant and equipment.
•          Prepare O&M manual upon project completion when necessary
•          Completing records for site progress reports.
•          Attending site management meetings.
•          Assist in other ad-hoc assignment

Requirements: 

•          A positive attitude.
•          The ability to communicate with, motivate, and if necessary discipline the workforce.
•          The ability to understand drawings and other contract documents.
•          Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, manage in fit out retails, office and Hotel etc.
•          Conversant with interior fitting-out nature / surveying, A&A work and contractual documents are advantages
•          Computer Literate (AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Project)
•          Fluent written and spoken in English & Cantonese is a must
•          Immediate available will be an advantage
