Nakama has partnered with a well-established luxury brand in their search for an E-commerce Project Manager to join its digital team. They will be an integral part to lead and drive digital transformation across the region.

In this role, the E-commerce Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project management to drive business growth and operation optimization. The successful candidate will understand the business needs, from requirement gathering to release cutting-edge e-commerce platforms.

 Key responsibilities;

• Manage omni-channel and eCommerce development projects that align with company direction.
• Understand business needs and provide digital and eCommerce solutions.
• Work closely with development teams to continuously improve and deliver digital projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Plan, schedule and prioritize to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead e-commerce development and web optimization to increase customer retention rates.

 Key Requirements;

• Minimum 5 years project management experience across digital and e-commerce platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end web, mobile and e-commerce products to the market.
• Experience in Agile Methodology.
• Innovative, always stay up to date with the latest technology, omnichannel services, and digital retail experience.
• Strong technical understanding, comfortable discussing technical requirements with development teams.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese.
