What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations in O2O shops
• Coordinate with shop management in monitoring operational activities, reviewing safety & security rules and regulations for operations
• Perform operation audit check to ensure compliance on POS procedure and policy
• Support daily operational including attendance management, case follow up, stock level management
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned by the management

Who is our Right Fit:

• Degree or diploma holder
• At least 3 years’ experience of a full spectrum of retails operation is preferable
• Good command in both spoken & written English & Chinese
• Detail minded, faster learner, hardworking, responsible, self-organized and willing to learn
• Proficiency in MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is preferred

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quality Assurance Officer
