Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management and daily business operation of our education campus;
• Handle business data review, business performance to deliver the company initiative;
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and clients satisfaction;
• Responsible in budgetary control, expense control and variance analysis;
• Drive expansion of business in HK, China & Worldwide education market by increasing clienteles and revenue to achieve the objectives. 
• Develop & execute SOP to standardize operation and customer service procedures;
• Build long term relationships with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders & partners, including but not limit to schools, education institutes and parents;
• Assist in market research from time to time regarding to the market trends, parents’ need & syllabus changes on Chinese subject in Hong Kong;
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required.      

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above; prefer in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Sales & Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years practical experience in managing and operating education center is an advantage;
• Tertiary qualifications preferred in business, science, education, or psychology related subjects;
• Self-starter with detail minded and cost-conscious individual; confidence in strategic thinking, problem solving and decision-making;
• Strong communication & leadership skills and able to work independent;
• Solid computer skills for MS Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. 
• Applicant with less experiences will be considered as "Assistant Manager.
