Job descriptions:

• Must be consultative, Client facing and communicate directly with the Client and be responsible for the performance of the project to the scope of services and to the Client’s satisfaction;
• Managing major contractors and design consultants
• Identify and report risk, advising the most appropriate measures to mitigate;

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Studies or equivalent related;
• A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience including 2 years' experience in Project Management consultancy field;
• Project management experience delivering to quality, time and budget;
• Good understanding of data centre project procedures, including but not limited to Procurement, Cost Management, Cost Control and reporting;
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese.
