Key Responsibilities：

• To develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department, ensure health and safety policies are complied with;
• To develop, control and monitor effective budget
• To plan and oversee all repair and installation activities; Carry out inspections of the equipment and machines to identify and resolve issues; Ensure the company facilities, equipment and machines are well-cared for and adequate to support the company’s business operations.
• To ensure the Centralized Conveying System is fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required;
• To monitor equipment inventory and make decisions about the purchase of materials or services when necessary; Ensure the co-workers have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to the allotted budget;
• To mentor and oversee engineering team, including set & review professional development goals for the team, review and coordinate the workload across the team, set deadlines, complete job reviews, and make sure the team members are working according to company policy and regulations;
• To perform administrative functions such as reviewing all documentation associated with engineering projects, preparing reports, enforcing rules;
• To coordinate with internal and external parties to achieve a smooth operation;

Requirements：

• Diploma or above in Electrical/Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
• 7 years or above maintenance/relevant working experience in plastic or manufacturing industry of which 3 years in managerial level
• Familiar with Centralized Conveying System as well as facilities machines and equipment such as plastic extrusion machine, plastic molding machine and crusher machine, etc;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good project management, time management, people management problem-solving and mechanical skills
• Focused and target driven with a positive, can-do attitude
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese/Mandarin
