We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to support our on-site coordination with clients and project follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Identify risks and opportunities to smoothen project progress and development
• Review, monitor and report actual project progress to control cost and quality of every projects in order to align with the company core values and strategies
• Organize and attend site-meetings to report and update project progress
• Ensure the project milestones / deliverables to be completed on time and meet the required standard.
• Liaise with internal and external customers, manage different contractors and technicians for project success
• Resolve any project-related and ad-hoc problem

Requirements

• High diploma or degree holder in project management or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years working experiences in construction/ building materials is an advantage, candidates with more experience will be considered as Project Manager.
• Proficient in Auto CAD is an advantage.
• A good team player with great communication skills; independent and well-organized; committed and reliable; hands on and result-oriented with the ability to effectively plan ahead; monitor and control works standards to deliver quality results within time and cost budget.
• Analytical mindset, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skill and outgoing; a fast learner with good interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate, well-versed in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is preferable.
