Key Duties & Responsibilities

• To estimate the overall cost in details of each projects
• To analyze the requirements and specification of a project and determine the cost involved
• To provide recommendation on creation and proposal of cost effectiveness improvement plan, support to implement and evaluate the outcomes of these plans
• To liaise with various departments internally to support to drive the cost effectiveness strategies
• To tabulate regular expense reports as means to keep track and regulate the expense of the operations.
• To conduct market research on latest industry cost development

Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree holder in related disciplines, i.e. Mechanical / Building Service
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in HVAC industry
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, strong industry sense and understanding of the HVAC operations
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in using MS applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Familiar with HVAC system and business is a must.
