Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall the projects implementation, including scheduling, deployment planning, quality control, managing supplies and budget management
• To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
• Responsible for the entire project’s development progress, quality, and cost control
• To provide in-house QS function and external QS consultants
• Supplier Evaluate the supplier performance, follow up improvement plan & conduct quality audit
• Manage of customer complaints, identity root causes and propose relevant corrective actions
• Attend the Group / Site Quality meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in related engineering field;
• Candidate with Quantity Surveying background is a must;
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in project coordination, quality management and quality auditing with major developers, consultancy firms or contractors
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese. Written English and Chinese is a must
• Detail-minded, good communication and negotiation skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred
