Job responsibilities:

-          Participate in the design, design & integration of the Company’s applications into our telecom clients’ networks

-          Be able to both work independently and as part of a team consisting of other development streams

-          Scope of work may include:

o   Application design

o   Development / programming / coding / solution configuration

o   Application tuning & troubleshooting

o   Unit testing, debugging and regression testing

o   Setting up of test lab environment(s), creating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and ensuring their proper execution

o   Test and evaluate new IP-based products/solutions

-          Handle the preparation of technical design, UAT & support documentation

-          Provide assistance and expertise to other members of the Company sales & support team where needed

The candidate we are looking for:

- Diplomas or Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines

- 2 years + hands on programming experience in:

• Frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, Angular/Ionic)
• Experience in integrating with Apache HTTP server, Apache Tomcat, JBoss, Spring Framework, Hibernate as well as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB database technologies
• Experience in develop RESTful and web-services API
• Solid knowledge in web development for instance HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, XML/JSON, JQUERY, web services
• Sound knowledge of Linux-based operating systems, e.g. Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• Building, deploying and updating applications using Maven
• Experience using standard IDEs and project management tools e.g. eclipse, Visual Studio Code, Git repository and Jira software
• Able to communicate in English and Cantonese, with knowledge of Putonghua preferred
