Our client is a leading global manufacturer that develops and produces a wide range of diagnostic products. They are constantly developing new products to meet with the needs of markets worldwide.  They are looking a talented Application Specialist to join their dynamic team.  It is a pure application role with no sales target.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor the execution of certain technical implementation, such as reagent reformulation updates, software upgrades and product corrections
• Provide support on product, technical and application issues to facilitate the dissemination of tech application and marketing info to the HK team
• Provide the pre-sales and post-sales support for diagnostic products to achieve the sales and profit goals in HK and Macau marke
• Assist sales team in product demonstration, promotion and sales tools development
• Conduct customer training, instrument performance evaluation and troubleshooting
• Develop and deliver product training program to internal staffs
• Collect, analyze competition information and market dynamics and carry out regular update to sales and marketing team
• Support and coordinate new product launch activities, seminars, exhibitions and promotional or other marketing activities
• Involve in Quality and CPI initiatives
• Take up ad hoc project assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor in medical science or related discipline
• Holder of Medical Laboratory Technologist license is an advantage
• At least 1 year of diagnostics industry experience.  Senior title can be considered for more experienced candidate
  
• Independent and proactive
• Good communication skill. Mandarin is a plus
