Job Description
Our Client is a sizable E&M contractor and mainly provide E&M engineering service in Hong Kong / China. Now they are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to fit the position.
Responsibilities
- Project Type: Government Project / Residential Project
- Responsible for tendering, design work, project execution and site supervision of fire service projects
- Liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractor
- Mange, monitor project progress with cost control and problem solving at site
- Shop drawings preparation and coordination
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or other related discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Fire Service project management
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Good knowledge in AutoCAD, Excel and Word
- Candidate with more experience would be consider as Senior Project Engineer.
