Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing day to day operations of all quality functions performed by our contract manufacturers and downstream suppliers.
• Monitor, analyze and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing process on quality issues to ensure demonstrated success in production yield and consistent good product quality performance.
• Involve in conducting failure analysis and develop corrective action plan and for preventive measurement.
• Perform regular factory quality assessment for suppliers and follow up their corrective actions.
• Liaise and work closely with Head-Quarter to make sure quality issues are well resolved.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Quality / Electronic / Production / Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years practical quality control experience in consumer electronic/wireless products manufacturing OR substantiate relevant work experience in Electronic Manufacturing services industry.
• Sound Knowledge in international Safety & Regulatory Standards included RoHS and REACH requirement.
• Familiar with Statistical Quality analysis tools such as six-sigma analysis.
• Frequent travel to PRC factories is necessary.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (include Putonghua).
• Good communication and presentation skills and able to work independently.
