With the implementation of Hub & Gateway Optimization (HGO) programme in Asia Pacific to meet global targets, we are looking for Process Engineer to identify, develop and deploy the most efficient work methods, processes and resource structures within the Operations activity in Central Asia Hub.

Reporting to General Manager Central Asia Hub, you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage and control the hub sort operations as well as the autocoy and autoflyer sort equipment to ensure a reliable hub connection for the intra-Asia network
• Steer our airlines partners to ensure our capacity is maximized and the overall service quality is optimized
• Support the network and cooperate closely with Network & Aviation Teams to gain the best solution and support
• Understand and cooperate with other airport parties such as airlines, RHO, CTO, Customs & other Government Authorities
• Work closely with contractors/ third parties to leverage resources and manage the cost efficiency
• Manage the high speed auto-sort environment and ensure its smooth run for a reliable hub connection for the network and execute contingency plan in case of emergency
• Provide additional hub services to the network by allowing mix loading from origin countries and fine sort / service centre sort for destination countries

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain or Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in network operations or hub, in which at least 3 years at managerial capacity, preferably at Duty Manager level or above in a network hub environment
• Experience in aviation operations is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
