Job Description
Responsibilities
- To provide reception service at the office
- To answer incoming phone calls
- To maintain the sample room (to upkeep it in an orderly manner and to keep sample inventory record)
- To provide clerical support to the administration team (meeting preparation, data entry, report distribution)
Requirements
- Form 5 or above with good command of English
- At least 1 year of working experience in clerical or office administration
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Responsible, well organized and able to work independently
- Patient with good telephone manner
