Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to coordinate and complete projects on time within budget and within scope for a mixed portfolio of office premises, industrial complex
- Plan and develop facilities management strategy and system
- Prepare tender documents, cost estimation for project budget and final account for project
- Liaise with internal departments and suppliers / contractors for effective space management
- Monitor the performance of contractors / service agents and to conduct periodic review of their service contracts to ensure high standard and quality services are delivered
- Office layout proposals and facilities consultancy services to overseas offices
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering / surveying / building services or related disciplines
- A minimum of 12 years’ proven experience in facilities management
- Knowledge of interior design, E&M system maintenance and design will be an asset
- Excellent project planning and management skills
- Able to respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
