Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to coordinate and complete projects on time within budget and within scope for a mixed portfolio of office premises, industrial complex
• Plan and develop facilities management strategy and system
• Prepare tender documents, cost estimation for project budget and final account for project
• Liaise with internal departments and suppliers / contractors for effective space management
• Monitor the performance of contractors / service agents and to conduct periodic review of their service contracts to ensure high standard and quality services are delivered
• Office layout proposals and facilities consultancy services to overseas offices

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering / surveying / building services or related disciplines
• A minimum of 12 years’ proven experience in facilities management
• Knowledge of interior design, E&M system maintenance and design will be an asset
• Excellent project planning and management skills
• Able to respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
