Responsibilities

• Manage all development projects end-to end execution process, from category planning, sourcing to post launch, category performance monitoring, product sourcing, etc.
• Be a business partner to develop the company product and brand management, assist the company for market positioning of the related products, and drive brand awareness, research, engagement, trial, purchase and expand consumer base
• Initiate marketing strategies to enhance the competitiveness and profitability of the assigned products
• Work with the sales team to ensure smooth implementations of sales support, product development
• Build up the long-term good customer relationship and gaining repeat business wherever possible
• As an in-house Product Trainer to conduct Product Knowledge training to staff and potential customers
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management

Requirements

• Degree holder or the equivalent qualifications
• At least 10 years relevant experience, preferably gained in the frozen food wholesale industry
• Creative, sensitive to new ideas and new innovations
• Self motivated and result-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure
• A good communicator with strong influencing skill and problem-solving skill; can well-handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
