Responsibilities:

• In charge of the overall operations of amusement / souvenir shop and attractions, including duties ranging from hiring new employees to supervising the security staffs
• Oversee all aspects of the operation and suggest area of improvements, including but not limited to hiring efficient employees, keeping up-to-date with safety checks, etc.
• Plan and implement strategies to achieve constant improvements in visitor and employee satisfaction
• Monitoring and approving budget expenditures; Provides recommendations for the budget based on analysis of various regional park needs such as position allocation and equipment needs
• Liaise with related governmental bodies, parties and contractors regarding to compliance issues
• Maintaining a critical oversight of marketing functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Operation Management / Hotel Management / Tourism or related disciplines
• At least 8 years' working experience in amusement shops or hospitality field of which 5 years at supervisory level
• Familiar with amusement rides related compliance issues
• Willing to work outdoor, on weekends and during public holidays
• Good team player with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency user in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong strategic planning skills is a MUST
• Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
