Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Explore new channels for business development,
- Assist in developing business plan and sales & pricing strategies to ensure achievement of company goals,
- Promote grocery products and provide excellent customer services,
- Collect market data to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for growth in business,
- Plan, initiate and implement sales & promotional activities and evaluate the effectiveness,
- Work closely with internal parties on sales and inventory forecasts, sales orders delivery and credit control,
- Build and maintain a long-term business relationship with key accounts.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above with at least 3 years working experience in FMCG market,
- Experience in direct sales / food services experience in grocery category is highly preferred,
- Less experience would be considered as sales executive,
- Customer-oriented,
- Proactive, strong interpersonal & communication skills,
- Familiar with supermarket/ convenience store/ wholesales channel is additional advanced.

職責:
•開拓業務發展的新渠道,
•協助制定業務計劃以及銷售和定價策略,並實現公司銷售目標,
•推廣雜貨產品並服務客戶,
•收集市場數據及了解市場動態,並提高業務增長的機會,
•計劃,發起和實施銷售和促銷活動,並評估其有效性,
•與內部各方緊密合作,進行銷售和庫存預測,銷售訂單交付和信用控制,
•與主要客戶建立並維護長期業務關係。
要求:
•至少3年以上快速消費品市場工作經驗,
•有雜貨類直銷/食品商品銷售經驗優先考慮,
•經驗不足者將被視為銷售員,
•以客戶為導向,
•積極主動,有良好的人際交往和溝通能力,
•熟悉超市/便利店/批發渠道者有額外優勢。
