Job Description

• Interact with customers and business partners in a professional manner via phone, email and in person
• Coordinate all aspects of group events and tours from start to finish including: (1) Maintain contact and event related information; (2) Send and follow up on event documents, payments, etc; (3) Communicate event details/orders to vendors and appropriate staff; (4) Oversee the entire event / tour excursion, be the PIC and ensure a smooth enjoyable boating experience
• Performance bonus KPI: (1) Sell private charters, group sails, corporate and wedding boat packages; (2) Generate new business partners (including but not limited to hotel representatives, travel agencies, brands representatives) for collaboration opportunities; (3) Customer feedbacks and ratings
• Assist in curating promotional materials for business development and enhancing brand image, manage social media accounts and carry out basic digital marketing strategies (i.e. SEO and social media marketing)
• Administrative duties including the update of company websites and backend systems
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Requirements

• Passionate in the yacht, lifestyle, art and cultural business
• Excellent phone demeanor and etiquette, oral communication and written skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese is a must)
• Computer skills on MS office are required, Adobe CC is a plus
• Highly motivated to bring in new businesses, with excellent interpersonal skills and is customer oriented
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects independently and in a timely fashion
• Degree holder preferably in Hospitality and Tourism Management, or relevant discipline
• 5-day work, may be require to work on weekends and holidays
• Able to work on boats
