The Role:

• Handle general documentation and clerical works, such as data input, documentation handling, customer cooking class enrollments & merchandise & mini-cafe sales follow-up through Siebel, SAP & POS systems
• Provide administrative support for TCC operation and purchasing 
• Provide customer service & sales support to drive TCC class enrollments and merchandise & mini-cafe sales 
• Maintain and update course contents of TCC website & online media platform
• Handle customers' requests and enquiries
• Handle other ad hoc project as assigned

The Person:

• Degree holder, ideally in Home Economics, Food Nutrition, Hospitality or equivalent
• Customer-oriented with strong customer relationship management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC applications especially MS Excel and Word
• Good communication, responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
